    clover的小日子之红汤抄手

    菜场有一堆开面铺的四川夫妇,都是达州人,卖些水叶子面,抄手皮饺子皮。又薄又Q,很不错。
    心血来潮买了点抄手皮,肉馅回来自己做抄手
     
    肉馅打肉糜,加入生粉、香油、盐、芝麻和葱花朝着一个方向使劲打,打上劲儿以后放到冰箱里醒一醒,应该再放点姜粒,不过我忘了-,=
    然后就可以包了,哈哈哈,小时候奶奶教的,居然还记得,包出来的抄手超级可爱@@
    成品@@ 熬了一锅大骨头汤当汤底,加熟油海椒,麻油,酱油,葱花,味精,花椒面等佐料
    emm,跟奶奶和妈妈做的一个味道@@
